JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall dispose of above-said two petitions arising out of the same FIR.

(2.) Petitioners pray for pre-arrest bail in FIR No.596 dtd. 4/9/2020 under Ss. 420/465/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak.

(3.) Brief facts of the case are that the State Government had formulated a scheme,"Mission For Integrated Development of Horticulture"for providing subsidy to the farmers. Under this Scheme, Gaurav Goel (petitioner in CRM-M-6991-2021) alongwith his family members Kamal Goyal and Kusam Goyal obtained subsidy of around Rs.75.00 lac by producing documents in respect to their residential addresses which were got verified from the concerned Department to be fake.
