JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of the case/application under Sec. 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed by the respondent-husband, titled as Tarunveer Singh Mavi vs. Sandeep Kaur, pending before the Additional District Judge, Rupnagar to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Dera Bassi, District S.A.S. Nagar.

(2.) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the aforesaid case, filed by the respondent-husband, may be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Mohali, S.A.S. Nagar, as per convenience of the parties.

(3.) The case/application filed under Sec. 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, titled as Tarunveer Singh Mavi vs. Sandeep Kaur, pending before the Additional District Judge, Rupnagar shall be transferred to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Mohali, District S.A.S. Nagar.
