JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to conduct fair and partial investigation of the case bearing FIR No.212 dtd. 9/4/2021, under Ss. 323, 406, 419, 420, 506, 34, 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, District Rohtak.

(2.) It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that no progress is being made in the investigation conducted by the investigating agency.

(3.) On asking of the Court, Mr. Kirpal Singh Thakur, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State.
