JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 11 dtd. 14/2/2019, under Ss. 22 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala.

(2.) The petition is disposed of.

(3.) There is no doubt that in case the petitioner makes a request to the court concerned for expeditious disposal of the case, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
