JUDGEMENT

(1.) CRM-19909-2022 This application has been filed under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. for placing on record copy of death certificate dtd. 10/2/2020 of Lakhwinder Singh (petitioner No.3) as Annexure A-1 and compromise dtd. 12/5/2022 and 18/5/2022 as Annexures A-2 and A-3, respectively.

(2.) In view of the averments made in the application, the same is allowed and copy of death certificate dtd. 10/2/2020 of Lakhwinder Singh/petitioner No.3 (Annexure A-1) and compromise dtd. 12/5/2022 and 18/5/2022 (Annexures A-2 and A-3) are taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

(3.) Challenge in the present Criminal Revision is to the judgment and order of sentence dtd. 2/8/2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muktsar, vide which the present petitioners along with one Baldev Singh have been convicted and have been sentenced as under:-
