RACHHPAL SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the 2nd petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0130 dtd. 11/12/2020 registered under Ss. 22/25/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Bhadaur, District Barnala.

(2.) As per the affidavit of the Investigating Officer, the petitioner is involved in 02 more FIRs of NDPS Act and 01 FIR under the Excise Act, whereas he stands convicted in all the 03 FIRs.

(3.) Counsel for the State submits that out of 16 PWs, 15 PWs have already been examined and last witness will be examined before the trial Court on 14/12/2022.
