JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the parties state that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous because pursuant to compromise, the divorce petition out of which this revision petition has arisen, has since been withdrawn and parties are living together as wife and husband.

(2.) ACCORDINGLY, as prayed for, the instant revision petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
