JUDGEMENT

(1.) Wife Jyoti Burmi @ Jyoti Sharda has filed this revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 7.8.2010, Annexure P/4 passed by learned Additional District Judge (Adhoc), Fast Track Court, Rupnagar thereby disposing of application moved by petitioner herein under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

(2.) Respondent-husband Anusandeep Burmi has filed divorce petition against the petitioner-wife. During pendency of the said petition, the wife moved application Annexure P/1 claiming maintenance pendente lite and litigation expenses for herself as well as for minor son of the parties residing with the wife.

(3.) Respondent - husband opposed application by filing reply Annexure P/2.
