JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking regular bail in FIR No.164, dated 24.05.2012, under Sections 364-A, 365, 120-B, 216, IPC, Police Station Tauru District Mewat.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was a shopkeeper and the complainant was a neighbour of the petitioner. Son of the complainant had gone missing and was recovered on 24.05.2012. Petitioner had falsely invovled in this case on the basis of disclosure statement alleged to have been suffered by his co-accused.

(3.) There was nothing on record to show that any ransom call had been made by the accused.
