RAVINDER KUMAR Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER has approached this Court praying for quashing of the order dated 24.10.2006 (Annexure P-7), vide which the appointment order issued to the petitioner on the post of Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) had been cancelled on the ground that he was in the waiting list and inadvertently, the appointment letter was issued to him. PETITIONER had earlier filed CWP No. 17201 of 2006 titled as Ravinder Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others, which came up for hearing before a Division Bench of this Court on 16.10.2008 when following order was passed:-

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the State has stated that the petitioner was not in the select list. His name was in the waiting list. Appointment letter to him was issued due to some inadvertence. Against that officer, necessary action has already been initiated. Heard.

(3.) IN view of averments made in para No. 1 of the preliminary objections and para No. 10 of the reply on merits, no case is made out for interference. Dismissed.
