JUDGEMENT

(1.) CLAIMANTS who are legal heirs of the deceased have preferred the present appeal challenging the quantum of compensation granted by the tribunal.

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the appellants submits that deceased left behind six legal representatives who are dependents on him. According to him, dependency as assessed by the tribunal is on the lower side and same needs to be enhanced. In the facts and circumstances of the case, multiplier applied is on the lower side.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
