JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the applicant-wife, seeking transfer of the petition titled as 'Sarbjeet Singh alias Raju versus Navjivani Saini', filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, by the respondent-husband, from the court of learned Additional District Judge, Ropar to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh/Mohali.

(2.) Notice was duly served upon the respondent, but he did not choose to appear. Hence, he is proceeded against ex-parte.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the case file.
