(1.) Crl.Misc.No.33530 of 2012
(2.) The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this court, seeking direction against the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of private respondents.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the repeated requests made by the petitioner were not being attended by the respondent police authorities, she moved a self contained representation dated 30.4.2012 (Annexure P-1) before Superintendent of Police, Panipat-respondent no.3, but even that is pending decision. On the other hand, the petitioner is facing threat to her life and liberty at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case respondent no.3 is directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1).
