JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner filed a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act read with Section 420 IPC.

(2.) THE said complaint was dismissed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ambala Cantt vide judgment dated 24.2.2010 which is under challenge before this Court in the instant revision petition.

(3.) IN view of the amended provisions of Section 372 Cr.P.C, the appeal is maintainable against the impugned order before the Sessions Judge.
