JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No. 49 dated 24.3.2009, registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar Rural, Punjab, under Sections 307, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC.

(2.) A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, on 8.11.2011, has passed the following order:-

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits at bar that in terms of the order dated 8.11.2011, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. In view of the statement made by learned counsel at bar and for the reasons stated in the order dated 8.11.2011, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, interim bail, so granted to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to filing of fresh bail bonds on the conditions to be specified by the trial Court. The trial Court shall be empowered to cancel bail of the petitioner in case of breach of any of the terms & conditions of the bail bonds.
