MALVINDER SINGH AND ANOTHER Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The above mentioned three petitions have been brought for anticipatory and regular bail, in a case registered by way of FIR No. 172 dated 24.6.2011 at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra, for an offence punishable under sections 148, 302, 307 read with sections 149 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code.
