JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS order will dispose of both the afore-mentioned petitions filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 83 dated 29.04.2006 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 4687, 474 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, and FIR No.10 dated 1.02.2008 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, both registered at Police Station Samrala, District Ludhiana and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise, Annexure P-2, having been entered into between the parties.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record.

(3.) IT has also been stated that as per order of this Court dated 16.03.2012 both the parties were directed to appear before learned trial Court and that accordingly they appeared there and their statements were also recorded by learned trial Court and that report has also been received.
