JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner Devi Sharan s/o Balwant Singh has preferred the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail, in a case registered against him alongwith other 40/50 persons vide FIR No.153 dated 29.8.2011 for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 353/186/506 IPC by the police of Police Station City Gurdaspur.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after deep consideration of the entire matter, to my mind, the instant petition deserves to be accepted in this context.
