JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application seeking condonation of 218 days' delay in re- filing the present second appeal. The application is duly supported by an affidavit of the learned counsel appearing for the appellants.

(2.) For the reasons stated in para 2 of the application, the prayer for condonation of delay of 218 days in re-filing the appeal is allowed. Delay condoned.
