PALA SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Pala Singh son of Anant Ram has directed the instant 2nd petition for regular bail in a case, registered against him, vide FIR No.67 dated 11.5.2010, on accusation of having committed the offence punishable under section 15 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 by the Police of Police Station Ahmedgarh, District Sangrur, invoking the provisions of section 439 Cr.PC.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) IT is not a matter of dispute that earlier petition for regular bail, bearing No.2273 of 2012 titled as "Pala Singh vs. The State of Punjab" filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits by a Coordinate Bench of this Court (Kanwaljit Singh Ahluwalia, J.), by virtue of order dated 1.2.2012. Therefore, no fresh ground for entertaining the instant 2nd petition is made out.
