JUDGEMENT

(1.) Crl.Misc.No.33616 of 2012

(2.) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of the police authorities, the petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this court, seeking direction against the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent no.5.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been running from pillar to post, but his grievance is not being redressed. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would make a suitable representation to the Superintendent of Police, Moga-respondent no.2 within a week from today and he may be directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner by taking appropriate action, in accordance with law.
