JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Devender Singh son of Rajinder Singh has preferred the instant petition for the grant of anticipatory bail in a case, registered against him along with his other co-accused, by way of FIR No.149 dated 17.11.2012 (Annexure P1), on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under sections 363 and 366 IPC (the offences u/ss 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC were subsequently added) by the Police of Police Station Sadar Roop Nagar, invoking the provisions of section 438 Cr.PC.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.
