(1.) C.M. No. 6531-CII of 2012

(2.) Application filed under Section 151 CPC seeking exemption from filing certified copies of Annexures P-1 to P-4 is allowed, in view of the averments made in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit.

(3.) The present petition is directed against the order dated 22.02.2012 whereby, the Rent Controller has declined the amendment of the written statement of the tenants. The tenants, vide the application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC wanted to incorporate the following lines:-
