JUDGEMENT

(1.) Aggrieved by order dated 23.05.2011 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patiala, defendant No.1-Balbir Singh has filed this revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to assail the said order.

(2.) By the said order, the trial court has dismissed application Annexure P-4 moved by defendant No.1-peititioner for disposing of the suit as per compromise Annexure P-3 allegedly arrived at between respondent No.1-plaintiff and defendant No.1-petitioner.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case file.
