JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 147, dated 25.7.2010, under Sections 302, 323, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record carefully.

(3.) It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has already appeared before learned trial Court and granted interim bail on 2.2.2012. He has further submitted that petitioner is ready to appear continuously before learned trial Court and face trial.
