JUDGEMENT

(2.) THE present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents no.3 and 4 to fairly conclude the investigation in case FIR No.216, dated 17.11.2012, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 193, 196, 199, 209, 211, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

(3.) BRIEFLY stated, petitioner had filed complaint before learned Illaqa Magistrate which was sent to the concerned Station House Officer for registration of the FIR under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.. Hence, FIR in this case was registered on the direction of learned Illaqa Magistrate. FIR is dated 17.11.2012 only.
