JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order will dispose of CRM No. M-10333 of 2012, CRM No. M-12414 of 2012 and CRM No. M-10476 of 2012, as all the cases arise from the same FIR. For brevity, the facts have been taken from CRM No. M-10333 of 2012.

(2.) This is a petition filed by the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking concession of pre-arrest bail in a case FIR No. 200, dated 27.3.2012, registered at Police Station City, Sirsa, District Sirsa, under Sections 388, 389, 34 IPC. Subsequently, offence under Sections 384, 341, 342, 148, 149 IPC were added.
