JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petition filed by the petitioner challenging punishment imposed on the petitioner and final order dismissing his revision petition filed before Director General of Police, Haryana, was dismissed for non-prosecution on 12.11.2010.

(2.) Earlier the counsel for the petitioner had appeared and had prayed for time to file replication. The writ petition was adjourned for 12.11.2010 subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- as costs. The said cost was to be deposited in the account of Legal Services Authority, Haryana.

(3.) While dismissing the writ petition for non-prosecution, it was noticed that neither the cost was deposited nor the replication filed. No one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the writ petition was accordingly dismissed. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed application seeking recall of this order which came up for hearing on 03.05.2011.
