JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR No.44 dated 21.6.2011 under Sections 302, 307, 323, 447, 448, 511, 427, 148, 149, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Sections 25, 27 and 30 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Sunam District Sangrur. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.

THIS Court while issuing notice of motion on 2.5.2012 passed the following order:- "Crl.M.Nos.25737-738 of 2012 CRM No.M-9149 of 2012 2 Requests for placing on record copies of request form of laboratory, passport, and ration card, Annxures P5 to P7 respectively. The same are taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Both the applications stand disposed of accordingly. Crl.M.No.19178 of 2012 Application is allowed subject to all just exceptions. Crl.M.No.M-9149 of 2012
