JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no. 238 dated 15.10.2011, under Sections 307/324/323/341/506/148/149/120B/326/325 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at police station Nakodar, District Jalandhar City.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioner.

(3.) IT has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has already joined the investigation pursuant to said order dated 24.05.2012.
