JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners were convicted by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar, vide judgment and order dated 11.6.2007, for the offences under Sections 323/325/34 IPC and sentenced as under:- <FRM>JUDGEMENT_362_LAWS(P&H)5_20121.html</FRM>

(2.) Both the sentences were ordered to run concurrently.

(3.) The appeal preferred by the petitioners, against the aforesaid judgment, was dismissed by Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar.
