JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Court on 13.2.2012 had passed the following order:

(2.) Counsel for the complainant has not denied the fact that simple injuries are attributed to the petitioner.

(3.) Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mandip Singh, Police Station Shahkot states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not further required by the investigating agency.
