JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no.194 dated 15.06.2012, under sections 148/149/323/324/452/506 IPC (offence under Section 326 IPC added later on), registered at police station Mahesh Nagar.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the whole record including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambala dismissing anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the petitioners.

(3.) THEREAFTER, Crl.Misc. Nos.38798-99 of 2012 were filed in the main petition and following order was passed by this Court on 16.07.2012:-
