ASHISH Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ashish-petitioner is facing trial in case bearing FIR No.564 dated August 11th, 2009 under Sections 307 etc. IPC Police Station Chandni Bagh, District Panipat in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat.

(2.) As per story of the prosecution, the occurrence took place during the intervening night of August 9/10th, 2009. The petitioner filed application before the trial Court to declare him juvenile but the same was dismissed vide order dated February 15th, 2012.

(3.) By filing this revision, Ashish has challenged the said order before this Court.
