JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr. P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR No. 15 dated 30.4.2011, registered at Police Station Pojewal, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, under Sections 302, 201 and 34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits at bar that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 6.12.2011; he has been released on interim bail by the trial Court and thereafter, he has been regularly appearing before it. Learned counsel for the respondent is not able to controvert this fact.
