KOHLI PRIMARY AGRICULTURE COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD Vs. LABOUR-CUM-CONCILIATION OFFICER, HISAR AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Kohli Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society Limited, Kohli, has filed this Letters Patent Appeal against the interim order dated 23.7.2012, passed by the learned Single Judge in CM No. 9388-CWP of 2012 in Civil Writ Petition No. 16367 of 2009 filed by the appellant Society, which reads as under :

(2.) We have heard learned counsel for the appellant and gone through the impugned order as well as the documents annexed with the writ petition.

(3.) The main writ petition has been filed by the appellant Society challenging the compromise dated 25.3.2008 (Annexure P-1), which was effected on the basis of resolution dated 24.3.2008, passed by the Managing Committee of the appellant Society.
