JUDGEMENT

(1.) DEFENDANT Jagdish has filed this revision petition under section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

(2.) RESPONDENT � plaintiff Mahender Singh filed suit against defendant petitioner for recovery of Rs. 1,07,500/- alleging that the defendant borrowed Rs. 62,500/- from the plaintiff on 12.12.2004 and agreed to repay the same with interest @ 2% per month but did not pay the principal or interest amount. Accordingly, the plaintiff sought recovery of Rs. 62,500/- as principal amount and Rs. 45,000/- as interest at the aforesaid rate till filing of the suit.
