JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition filed under Section 438 Cr. P. C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 90, dated 27.4.2012, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Focal Point, Ludhiana.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the whole record carefully, including the impugned order passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide which application filed on behalf of the present petitioner for anticipatory bail was dismissed.

(3.) It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not in any way beneficiary of this transaction and that he only stood witness to the sale deed.
