JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Bhagmal, son of Ram Singh, resident of House No. 449, Rahul Colony, NH-3, NIT, Faridabad, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 506 and 120-B, IPC, in FIR No. 152, dated 15.6.2012, registered at Police Station, SGM Nagar, Faridabad.

(2.) Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has solemnized marriage with the prosecutrix with her consent and free will on 12.5.2012. He further submits that the petitioner and the prosecutrix had filed a Protection Petition No. 28 of 28.5.2012, before the learned Court of Session at Faridabad. On 6.6.2012, the said petition was dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the following order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Faridabad:-

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the prosecutrix is present in the Court along with the petitioner.
