JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 23.04.2011 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned District Judge, Patiala thereby dismissing application Annexure P-3 moved by the petitioners.

(2.) Two civil suits are pending in two different courts. Civil Suit No.151 of 18.07.2007 has been instituted by Nimbo against Karam Singh respondent. Nimbo has since died and petitioners are her legal representatives.

(3.) Another civil suit No.292 of 2008 has been instituted by respondent Karam Singh against petitioners herein. Petitioners moved application Annexure P-3 before District Judge for clubbing both the suits by transferring the same to one Court i.e. first suit to the Court in which second suit is pending or vice versa. The said application has been dismissed by learned District Judge vide impugned order Annexure P-4, which is under challenge in the instant revision petition.
