PREM LATA AND OTHERS Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners-Prem Lata and others have preferred the instant petition for anticipatory bail in a case registered against them, by means of FIR No.102 of 23.04.2012, on accusition of having committed offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 506 IPC and Sections 10-24 of the Immigration Act, by the police of Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.

(2.) Notice of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, going through the record with their valuable assistance and after considering the entire matter deeply, to my mind, the instant petition for anticipatory bail deserves to be accepted in this context.
