BHANE RAM Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Bhane Ram, the petitioner has sought regular bail in a case registered by way of FIR No. 120 dated 07.06.2011 at Police Station Beri, District Jhajjar, for an offence punishable under sections 302, 120-B read with section 34 IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act.

(2.) Brief facts of the prosecution case are that Satpal son of Bhane Ram, the petitioner was murdered by Ram Niwas and Parvinder.

(3.) The motorcycle fell down and the three assailants escaped from the spot.
