JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY filing the present petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has sought regular bail in case FIR No.100, dated 1.8.2011, registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Fatehgarh Sahib. Heard.

(2.) THE petitioner has not been identified in the Court by the complainant Gagandeep Singh. Injured JS Ahluwalia is involved in number of FIRs, whereas no other case is pending against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 3.8.2011. The conclusion of the trial is likely to take a long time.
