JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present petition has been filed for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in FIR no. 107 dated 01.10.2011, under Sections 420/494/120B IPC, registered at police station Ajnala, Amritsar.
