JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Harpreet Singh son of Jasvir Singh (husband) has directed the instant petition for anticipatory bail in a case, registered against him alongwith his parents Jasvir Singh and Ravinder Kaur, vide FIR No.30 dated 10.3.2011 (Annexure P1), on accusation of having committed the offences punishable under sections 406, 498-A and 506 IPC by the Police of Police Station Sadar Khanna, District Ludhiana, invoking the provisions of section 438 Cr.PC.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.

(3.) DURING the course of preliminary hearing and considering the amicable settlement between the parties, a Coordinate Bench of this Court (Ajay Tewari, J.) passed the following order on 21.9.2011:-
