JUDGEMENT

(1.) C.M. No. 4699 of 2012 Prayer in this application is for restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 01.03.2012.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The writ petition is restored to its original number and is taken up for final disposal. CWP No. 13186 of 1999

(3.) Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the order of his termination dated 20.08.1999 (Annexure P-6) on the ground that the basis for terminating his services is not correct as the petitioner was appointed prior to issuance of the instructions dated 15.06.1998 (Annexure P-8) and, therefore, the condition of the name being sponsored by the Employment Exchange would not be applicable.
