JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER- Rajinder Singh son of Late Mewa Singh, a young boy of 20 years, has applied for anticipatory bail in a case registered against him vide FIR No.43 dated 17.05.2012 for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 452, 354, 506 IPC by the Police of Police Station Singh Bhagwantpur, District Ropar, invoking the provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) NOTICE of the petition was issued to the State.
