JUDGEMENT

(1.) CM No. 14977.CII of 2012 The application is allowed and Annexures P/1 to P/8 are taken on record subject to all just exceptions. CR No. 3502 of 2012

(2.) PLAINTIFF Shekhar has filed this revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 28.4.2012 Annexure P/6 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Hathin, thereby consolidating two suits.

(3.) RESPONDENT no. 4 herein moved application for consolidation of both suits keeping in view the aforesaid circumstances. The application was resisted by the plaintiff-petitioner alleging that the parties in the two suits are different and causes of action are also different.
