JUDGEMENT

(1.) As identical points/grounds to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioners are involved, therefore, I propose to dispose of both the indicated petitions arising out of the same very FIR/case, by virtue of this common order in order to avoid repetition.

(2.) Petitioners have preferred the instant petitions for the grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against them, by means of FIR No. 41 dated 05.06.2012, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 353, 186, 382, 506 IPC and Section 4(1) R/W 21(1) of Mining and Mineral Development Regulation Act, 1957, by the police of Police Station Mullanpur Garibdass District SAS Nagar Mohali, invoking the provisions of Section 438 Cr. P. C.

(3.) Notices of the petitions were issued to the State.
