(1.) Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Shri Hardeep Singh Bhatti, PPS, Deputy Superintendent, Modern Central Sudhar Ghar, Faridkot mentioning the period of imprisonment undergone by the applicant/appellant- Harjinder Singh. The same is taken on record.
